Privacy Policy

Who we are

This website is run by Pure Indian Cooking, 67 Fulham High Street, Fulham, London SW6 3JJ (“we”, “us”). We are responsible for personal information collected through this website. Contact us about privacy at info@pureindiancooking.com or 020 7736 2521.

What we collect and why

• Enquiries. If you call, email us or use the private dining enquiry form, we receive the details you choose to share (such as your name, phone number, email address, event date and party size). The form does not store anything on this website: it opens a pre-filled email in your own email app, which you then send. We use these details to answer your enquiry and arrange your booking or event, and keep them only as long as needed for that purpose and our legal and accounting obligations.
• Table bookings are made through OpenTable. When you book, OpenTable collects your details under its own privacy policy and shares the booking with us so we can host you.
• Online orders for collection and delivery are placed through our ordering partner NextOrder. Your order and payment details are handled under the terms and privacy notice shown on the ordering site.
• Website analytics. Only if you click “Accept” on our cookie banner, we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site (for example, pages viewed, device and browser type, and approximate location). IP addresses are anonymised. You can change your choice at any time using “Cookie Settings” in the footer.
• Server logs. Our hosting provider keeps standard technical logs (such as IP address, date, time and page requested) to keep the website secure and working.

Cookies and similar technologies

• Your cookie choice is remembered in your browser’s local storage so we don’t ask again on every page.
• Google Analytics cookies (_ga and _ga_*, lasting up to two years) are set only after you accept. If you later decline, we remove them.
• Google Maps. Our home and visit pages show an embedded Google map. Loading the map connects your browser to Google, which may set its own cookies under the Google Privacy Policy.

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not sell personal information.

Legal basis

We handle enquiry and booking information to take steps at your request before providing a service, and to run our restaurant (our legitimate interests). Analytics cookies are used only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, ask us to restrict or stop using it, and withdraw consent. Email info@pureindiancooking.com and we will respond within one month. If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
